Technical buyer for surplus disposal:
As per competencies below, with separate notes on SAP skills and surplus disposal experience.
One of these resources should be more senior Around 10 years experience), the other should be more junior.
The senior resource will be responsible for making a surplus disposal plan and executing it. The junior resource will assist, including more field work on site to make sure physical movements take place in line with strategy and plans.

Minimum competences are:
Contract management: Knowledge ( Prepare tenders, manage  commercial/tech clarification, bidding process, governance & approval, Contract documents, kick off mtg, etc)

Procurement: Skill (local & overseas market knowledge, evaluation c/w logistics knowledge, governance & approval, expediting, reporting, etc)

SAP: Skill/Mastery  (***Essential for Technical buyer)

Communication  (English): Skill ( verbal & written – good)

IT software: Skill ( Word, excel, power point)

Warehouse Operation : Awareness

Logistics: Knowledge

HSSE: Knowledge

Draughtsman

Job Requirements:

The qualified candidates should have extensive experience on the following:

• Room Layout
• Electrical Drawings
• Circuit Diagrams and etc......

Should be very proficient in using/operating the following Tools/Programs/Software:

• AutoCAD - up to the latest version
• MS Visio
• MS Office Applications/Suite

All other Computer Programs related to the job profile is an advantage.


Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Draughtsman in different field.

Senior Piping Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry (onshore/offshore) and petrochemical.

Good knowledge in international codes and standards. Good written and communication skills. good leadership qualities and ability to build a team of piping engineers and designers in excecuting piping activities such as piping design (layout), stress analysis, support engineering and piping materials.

Shall be capable of performing Manhour estimate / control, scheduling, goal achievement. Design review, Interdiscipline coordination, technical bid evaluation vendor drawings review and Site survey.

Senior Structural Engineer - Offshore

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 10 years work experience, with adequate experience in the design of offshore structures preferably for fixed offshore platforms.

The candidate needs to perform inplace, fatigue (deterministic and spectral), loadout, transportation, lift, on-bottom stability, pile driveability (optional), push over analyses and carry out design of various components like boatlanding, protector structure, connections, pad-eyes, etc  Should have adequate hands on experience in SACS.

Experience in GRLWEAP will be an added advantage (not must).

Familiarity with international codes and standards such as API RP 2A, AISC is required.

The candidate should be able to independently perform analyses, design and checking of drawings.

Graduate degree in civil engineering from a recognized university / engineering college is a minimum requirement.

Post graduation in structural engineering / ocean engineering will be given advantage.

Senior Process Engineer [onshore/offshore]

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 15 years work experience in Engineering Companies (in onshore or/and offshore facilities design).

Hands-on experience in process softwares (mainly HYSIS, PIPENET, FLARENET, HTRI...).

Experience in other process softwares such as FLARESIM, HTRI would be an added advantage. Proficient in the development of PFD’s, P&ID’s, heat and mass balances, cause & effect charts, equipment/instrumentation process data sheets, operating control philosophies,....

Experience required in conceptual studies, FEED and EPC contracts.

Master degree is a minimum requirement.
